Refund policy

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you receive your order and are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return the item for a refund. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund.

Please note that items which have been damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund. We are unable to accept returns of clothing that has been worn, washed, altered, stained, or returned in a condition different from when it was supplied.

If the courier attempts delivery but cannot complete it — for example due to an incorrect address or nobody being available to accept the parcel — and the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the order value excluding the shipping fee, as a delivery attempt was made.

 

REFUND REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The item must be undamaged

  • Any tags, labels, and included packaging must be returned in full (where applicable)

All returned items will be inspected to ensure these criteria have been fulfilled. If the item does not meet the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to decline the refund request. In certain cases, we may accept returns of opened packaging, but a restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied at our discretion.

 

PROOF OF PURCHASE

To process your refund, we require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. This must include your order number and the date of purchase. Please note that without proof of purchase, we cannot process your refund.

 

RETURNING ITEMS

Before returning any items, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). Returns sent without a valid RMA will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Even if you were not charged for shipping at the time of purchase, if the wrong item is ordered, we will refund the amount excluding the shipping cost once we have received and inspected the return.

Please ensure that items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. If an item is received in a condition that suggests excessive wear, use, or damage beyond reasonable inspection, we reserve the right to reject the refund request.
